Lynne Dale

As an award-winning investigative television producer for Dateline NBC and ABC’s PrimeTime, Lynne Dale brings unique skills to her practice of real estate. Whether you are selling your home or buying a new one, she leaves no stone unturned to make sure you get the best deal possible.

As one of the top-producing agents in her market center, Lynne specializes in Atlanta’s in-town markets, including Buckhead, Brookhaven, Decatur, Sandy Springs, Virginia Highlands, Inman Park, Candler Park, and Midtown. She has also helped buyers and sellers all over the Atlanta metro area including Vinings, Smyrna, Marietta, Austell, Lilburn, Lawrenceville, and Roswell.

She has earned membership into the Million Dollar Club every year she has been in the business and won the prestigious Rookie of the Year award her first year in real estate. Based on her sales performance, she has been invited to join Keller Williams’ Agent Leadership Council (her Market Center’s Board of Directors) for 2008, 2009, and 2010. Lynne is also a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist as well as a Certified Distressed Property Expert. A graduate of the Georgia Institute of Real Estate, Lynne is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She holds a B.A. from George Washington University.

Kerry Gianniny

Kerry Gianniny, Administrative Coordinator for the Dale Team, has a background of sales and marketing in the fashion industry.

Before we lured her away, her most recent job was working for a bridal gown designer. Our theory was that if she could handle all the Bridezillas, she could handle anything the real estate industry had to throw at her.
We were right. Kerry is one of those rare combinations of being extraordinarily good at tracking even the smallest of details, while being charming and personable at the same time.

She holds B.A. from the University of Georgia.
